From mold design to final trial — engineered, machined, assembled and validated entirely in-house.
Expert Moldmaking Since 2010
Whether it is a single-shot tool or a complex two-shot (2K) / water-assisted (WIT) system, your mold is designed, cut, fitted and trialed by our own engineers — never outsourced.
Machining Capability
Reserve multiple process modules — expand this section with your own equipment list and photos.
3/4/5-axis machining centers for cavity & core, graphite and copper electrodes.
Die-sinking EDM and medium-speed wire-cut for sharp ribs, deep cores and inserts.
Surface grinding to ±0.002 mm, hand fitting and mirror polishing to SPI A1/A2.
CMM and 2D vision verification of steel dimensions at each machining stage.
Hot-runner systems (Mold-Masters, YUDO, Husky) installed and leak-tested.
T0/T1 trials on our own presses, with full trial report and sample photos.
FAQ
What overseas buyers usually ask before a tooling project starts.
We build the complete tool in-house — DFM and mold design, high-speed CNC milling, wire-cut and mirror EDM, fitting, hot-runner integration and trial on press. Multi-cavity, two-shot (2K), over-molding and water/gas-assisted (WIT & GIT) tooling are all made by our own engineers and never outsourced, so you can take the full program or only the stages your project needs.
Send a STEP or other 3D CAD file, a dimensioned 2D drawing, material and color requirements, annual volume, target cavity count, critical tolerances and surface-finish standard. If the design is not final, tell us the part’s function and target market — our engineers will flag the missing inputs and return DFM feedback with the quotation.
Yes. Projects can start with DFM, moldflow simulation or a 3D-printed prototype, then move on to tooling, T0/T1 trials and process validation. The same factory runs injection molding production afterwards, so form, fit, function and manufacturability are all confirmed before you commit to full volume.
Yes. We support single-cavity pilot tools and small-batch validation as well as multi-cavity high-volume programs, with mold sizes from 50 kg to 25 tons. Include your pilot quantity and 12–24 month forecast in the inquiry so we can propose a cavity layout and tooling plan that fits your ramp instead of forcing one standard configuration.
Lead time depends on part size, cavity count, mold complexity and how fast the approval stages move. After reviewing your files we provide a milestone plan covering DFM, mold design sign-off, machining, T0/T1 trials and production release. Sharing your target launch date early helps us identify the critical path and quote realistically.
Cavity and core steels include S136, 718H, NAK80, 2344 and 8407, with mold bases to LKM, HASCO and DME standards; hot runners come from Mold-Masters, YUDO and Husky. Critical features hold down to ±0.005 mm, every cavity is trial-validated on our own presses, and steel dimensions are verified by CMM and 2D vision at each machining stage under an IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 certified quality system.
Yes. Tell us in your first message if an NDA or a specific confidentiality process is required. We can put the document and file-access terms in place before the technical review begins, or start with a limited information package and release the detailed CAD after the confidentiality terms are agreed.
